Car Optimiser.......squeezing toothpaste into the fuel tank?

Has anyone checked this out? I keep my stuff as clean as possible and only click on things that I am personally searching for , but this has been a banner ad here which means someone has been opening it. Inquisitive without itchy fingers.

have seen this on FB, but would you risk it, could cost you a lot more than a new tank of fuel these days, or maybe not with the cost of fuel these days.[bighmmm]
