Hi All,

If anyone can please help me on whether the JLR Corporate Advantage Programme (formerly eg around 2019-2020) included 5 years vehicle warranty? (not referring to the 5 years free scheduled servicing).

I know all cars now generally comes with 5 years warranty from 1 April 2021, but I bought mine back in Jan 2019 and I recollect the JLR Corporate Advantage Programme (i.e., you are eligible if you work for a large company etc.) came with 5 years warranty.

I have warranty issue and I am now supposedly out of my 3 years warranty (as applicable to vehicles bought before April 2021). However, I recall that being a corporate programme recipient I automatically got 5 years.

The current JLR website information does not display this but I recall seeing it in the past and they may have changed/updated the website now given all cars come with 5 years warranty anyways so no longer a "Perk" of the programme as it was in the past.

Can anyone please confirm my understanding one way or the other so I can perhaps pursue it with the dealership or JLR Australia and not be beating a dead horse if its just me not remembering correctly?

Thanks in Advance!

Scooby

I think you will find that JLR ....reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time.
