Electrical Plugs for New Defender

Any idea what these plugs are and where could be purchased. They are from the overhead middle panel where the overhead lights, SOS and Assistance buttons are located (and on some models where the sunglass holder is) on the New Defender. PowerfulUK have a harness for mounting a dashcam, however they are out of stock - so I thought I'd look at making my own.
