It turns out to be a breakers yard but when you read the comments many of them had a perfectly fine MOT and were just dumped there.

Vehicles reach a value where the parts are worth more than the whole. At that point the wreckers move in and purchase vehicles that would otherwise go to owners who would drive them. Just happens later in the life cycle of a Land Rover than that of a Ford or Peugeot

Would be interested as to where this is. He says "Welcome to sunny California" Definitely not in the USA as these are all RHD.
