Steering wheel buttons

Anyone know how to remove the buttons on 2015 Disco Sport steering wheel. The middle one has been worn, doesn't look nice. I have researched a replacement, but looks like it just clips over the original, maybe someone has done it and can advise.

but before I buy I need to know how to remove the old one for this replacement and if its going to fit.
