Gday
Starting a new thread appropriately titled with updates on this previous one: https://www.aulro.com/afvb/discovery-2-a/293615-melbourne-spare-sls-airbag-sitting-shed-short-term-loan.html
TLDR:
I had a leaky airbag, replaced it,
In the process, I created a leak at the thread at the compressor end, fixed it,
Inflated the bags to offroad height to test, they stayed there as I packed the car to the roof.... and then just stayed there. I got an SLS warning when I hit the speed threshold as the bags wouldn't go down.
I chased the wiring from the compressor loom to check for any issues I might have caused when I pulled the compressor off the chassis cradle, nothing obvious. I jiggled the ride height sensor plugs, broke the plastic housing on one in the process. Taped it back together and cable tied it in position. Also realised there is a crack in the bottom of the caliper on the passenger side (See photo)

I bled the lines at the compressor end, started the car, bags inflated to standard height. Hurray!
But they went back to offroad height essentially the next time I drove the car, which was 5 days later, no Offroad light on the dash, and the SLS warning light did not go off when I drove at speed. When I hit the offroad mode switch, it just blinked forever.
I pulled and checked fuse 28 - all good. Turned the car back on, offroad light is on! Press the SLS switch, blinks but no change to height.
I bled the lines again, they're now back to standard height.
Given this sneaked back on me pretty quickly when this solution last worked, I thought I'd post now rather than wait.
I'll update if/when anything happens, but in the meantime, if any of this sounds familiar, feel free to comment!
P.S. I do not have a Nanocom, I do have an iCarsoft LRII but not sure it is much use for the SLS.
Cheers
