Traxide SC80 wiring

I have one of Tim's SC80-12 isolatory thingos I bought yonks ago. Was briefly fitted to my D1, but not really used. Has sat in a box for some time. Now I want to fit it to the OKA. I can't for the life of me remember how to wire it up, especially the little LED and switch unit. The Traxide website is down. Anybody got a wiring diagram? Tim?
