Where does this bracket attach?

Hello,
I have a 98 Defender 300tdi which had a rattling noise coming from engine bay and I tracked it down to the bracket in the picture. The bracket was loosely attached to the speedo cable but it has come off its mount. Does anyone know where the bracket should be mounted?

Looks like 1 of the two that attach to the top back of Tran/case. Long studs that have 2 nuts on them.
