Question for the Experts...
Talking to a (truck) Delivery driver commenting on how annoying his GPs. could be, being no facility to 'Arrive'. with the destination on his LEFT. . The nature of his work means routing done just before /on leaving depot, so no time to double-check with the paper. model 'GPS'
Does anyone know of any that offer this option ?

I’m confused. What does the reference to “LEFT” mean?
My Garmin shows expected arrival time. My L322 used to but after the GPS date issue a couple of years back (something like the Y2K issue), it no longer does so.

Are you talking about routing to arrive without having to do a U-turn when you get there? I know my Tom Tom does this correctly - experienced it recently in Brisbane wherethe desstination was on a main road; it took us past the destination, left turn up a side road, two blocks up it, then u-turn on a roundabout, and back to the main road, right turn at lights, and arrive on the correct side.

x2 - my TomTom does the same, whether I want it to or not!

Not always convenient in a B-Double.

What about those “truck” GPS units that handle this problem and avoid low bridges, etc.?
