Thoughts and ideas for replacing my 19" 265/50/19's with some A/T's. Not looking to go too silly with off road (it's mainly sand and limestone rocks around Perth). We do a lot of towing as well as off road play time. The current road tyres are in need of replacement.

I have General Grabber AT3 in 255/60R19 on my 4.4 TDV8 L322 on standard D4 8" wide rims. Your 19" rims are probably 9" so would stretch the tyres a little more but they bulge quite a lot on 8" so should be OK.
I really like these tyres even though they ride a bit harsher than the 275/55R20 Pirellii AT that I previously used which both have LI 113 rating which I particularly wanted. For me they provide great traction on all surfaces including muddy tracks like my driveway and the council lane whenever it rains, their sidewall is the same height as the 275/55R20 yet being 31" rather than 32" they fit without any rubbing and the gearing isn't so high.
I purchased 6 of the tyres from Tempe Tyres in Sydney who imported them soon after I asked if they would as they were already importing other GG AT3 sizes.

I finished up with the Pirelli Scorpion AT PLUS. 255/55 R19. With only limited use to date very happy. The real test will be starting next week. Towing a 2.8t caravan and some sand/limestone off road driving on our holiday to Exmouth. A few interesting overnight and exploring along the way.
