Camper 12v charger

Would anyone know of I can leave this charger turned on? It’s permanently connected to the 2 x 100ah lead batteries.

The way I read the last line of 3 rd pic is no , I wouldn’t leave hooked permanently.

I wouldn’t trust it.

Fit a basic timer between the outlet and plug and set it for a few hours a day…
