Correct!
Hi-Lines had mag wheels, wood trim and armrests up until 1988. The following year the higher spec level was called the Vogue.

I call 'em Vogues but I do note that many people call them Vouges. :)
James Taylor and Nick Dimbleby, in their book Range Rover, The Complete Story say "So, for 1985, there were high-line and low-line models. In most markets, the high-line model was called a Range Rover Vogue (although Australia knew it as the Range Rover Highline), while the low-line model remained a plain Range Rover wherever it was sold."

I've got 3 POMS living in my driveway. Mr Highline, Mr Series the 3rd, and Mr Defender. They're okay, but I'd never allow them in the house.

But saying that I haven't met too many bad ones.
