Hi,

I have a nanocom unit that gives me an error whenever I try to access either the 10AS or ALM ECUs. Blackbox want me to ship it to Cyprus for repair, but before I commit to that I'm hoping I can find a puma owner on the central coast who would be willing to let me plug it into their vehicle and see if the same error appears. I dont need to apply any changes to settings, simply to see if I get the same comms error when accessing that module.

Further, if you have a puma defender and also possess a nanocom that functions normally I'd be interested to see if it encounters an error on my vehicle.

thanks in advance!

I ran into an issue with mine. Not the same as yours, but hey... I you have access to the BBS member page, and if you have a Windows PC ( in my case I have Windows on a partition on my Mac ) it might be worth trying to update the firmware before posting it to Cyprus. There are instructions on their site.

Yes, I do. And I updated successfully to the latest firmware, even the latest beta at the request of their support team. The issue remains.
