I have cheap mud terrians, I am looking at BFG Mud terrains, as that is what comes up on a search. What other brands are there? Budget about $500, I need 4 of them.
Thanks

Can of worms.. I like Maxxis. These might be good (https://www.modkingz.com.au/tyres/maxxis/maxxis-razr-mt772?productcode=1675081). Obviously there's something closer to Willy.

I like Mickey Thompson, but your budget of $120 a corner will be the greatest determining factor.

In that case look at Mickey Thompson Tyres | Tyrepower (https://www.tyrepower.com.au/tyres/mickey-thompson'show-all=true) shopping around will get you a better deal than an on line quote from MT.
The Mickey Thompson A/T is a more aggressive pattern than most, almost a M/T.
Somewhere on Queensland Reports is a video of my D2 outperforming D2, D3 and Defender on a particular section, purely on tyre performance.

I've decided on the Maxxis. 245/75R16, same size as the old muddies and able to (just) fit on the wheel carrier.
Interestingly, one place does not have a price on the website. I sent in a quote request and got a reply as to wether the tyreswould fit and if the car was a SUV was it 4wd or 2wd. By the way the Discovery2 2003 details were provided.
I replied that you do not seem competent, so I'll go eslewhere, no need to reply.
They sent a reply with a data sheet thta classified the Discovery 2 as a soft roader, soft roader my arse! also that with these tyres the car will be 42mm higher and then stated that only 50mm is allowed under Vcitorian regs. The tyre will give a height increase of 13mm. Again they are wrong. I disliked the spouting of the regs at me. Bloody fascists.
In anycase I'd avoid a powerful tyre company in Werribee.
The highway tyres are on and it is so quiet!

BFG for me,but Maxxi AT811 get great reviews on the Jap brigade forums, and by the local tyre guys that we use for the work utes.

I was going to try them next, but the KO3 is coming, some sizes have been released overseas,so they maybe the go.

Tyres have been fitted to the rims. I went East LA on the suspension, easier to get the wheels on the roof rack.
