REMOVING AIR CLEANER D1

Hi all.
Trying to check the air cleaner filter on the 3.5 D1
It's the barrel type with the yrumpet at the front.
I've unclipped the 4 clips at the front and 2 at the back and wiggled, pulled and pushed.
I'm scared to apply anymore force as I'm basically a caveman when it comes to removing stuff.
Any ideas people?

Yeah it came off after I removed the unit and grappled with on the ground.
