FL2 screen upgrade and Bluetooth

Hi,

I am looking to upgrade my Freelander 2 screen and whatever else needs to be done to have a useable Carplay interface and Bluetooth phone reception as well as a reversing camera linked in.

Is there a good one-stop solution that anyone could recommend? I have googled and so many choices it has confused me.

I am in Perth.

Forgive me if this has been covered before. I have just joined and didn't see it at first inspection.

They use the same fascia kit as a D3/RRS I believe so should almost be a plug n play swap.

I've got an IDCore in my discovery 4. Works well gives you car play/ Android auto, Bluetooth etc and still looks standard. It had to come from the UK. fitting instructions are very good and made it an easy fit.

Well you haven’t given enough info here in order to make some recommendations.

There’s four different types of “screen” in a Freelander 2, depending on the model year and specification…

Factory navigation in 2007-2012 model.

Dealer-fit navigation in 2007-2012 model.

Low Line small screen in 2013-2015 model.

High Line touch screen in 2013-2015 model.

If you’re not sure what you have take a pic and post it here.

Each one is different and has a different solution to upgrade.
