Hello, I've recently bought a 1955 86' Series 1 and trying to find Pork Pie lights for it. My searches have only shown that I can source new ones from the UK with a prohibitive cost in shipping. Can I find some down here in Australasia or will I have to bite the bullet and get them from the UK?
Thanks. [bigsmile1]

Hi Lord Asker, Brian James Pearl who is active on many of the Series Land Rover FB groups (Series Shed, Series Land Rover Downunder etc) posted a set for sale a short while back. They were original Lucas stock but pretty expensive from memory. I’m not sure if he is a member on AULRO, but others might know…
Cheers, Matt

Freight costs went up during Covid and never came down unfortunately.
Were the Pork Pies from the Series I Club because they got them re-manufactured. Last thing I ordered from them was a couple of gasket sets and the freight was more than I expected. I can't seem to get onto their website at present.
A quick search shows a range of prices for re-manufactured Pork Pies.
I have odd Pork Pies on my '56, one has a glass lens the other a plastic lens. I guess one was replaced at some point.
One day I'll be able to justify the expense of replacing them.

Damn this is probably the best I could find for the moment thanks, much cheaper than buying from the UK.

On a related query, has anyone come across new/ repro that also integrates the indicators?
I have what I suspect were actually trailer lamps, it would be nice to have something more sympathetic but I don’t like the idea of having to stick extra lights on.
