How to get a new spare key fob?

Hello all,
Im back in the fold with a 2015 D4 SDV6 HSE and how nice it is!
It only had one key British Off Road have just made my day telling me I will need to get some internal module and two keys and have it all re programmed at a astronomical price.
I can’t come at that,what is the way to get a spare and make it work.

Buy a key on eBay

Get the patch from GAP to unlock the KVM,

You’ll likely save at least a thousand dollars!

I have just been down this road as less than one week ago I purchased a D3 with only one ignition key and yesterday I
ordered a GAP IIDTool. There are some tutorials on YouTube showing how to program a new key to suit your vehicle.
Search YouTube for Land Rover Discovery 3 LR3 Key Programming with the IID Tool.
