CONTACT ATTEMPT NUMBER ONE
A potential concern has been identified on specific vehicles within the above vehicle range. On certain 2023 and 2024 model year Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) Range Rover, Discovery and Defender vehicles the Belt Integrated Starter Generator (BISG) goes into fail safe mode on first startup, resulting in no charging of the 48V and 12V battery. The SGCM needs to be updated to enhance the software and prevent the BISG from going into fail safe mode

Interesting, I'd have thought that's the kind of thing they'd push in an over-the-air update. Or maybe they are pushing it like that - does the notice ask you to go to a dealer?

Same here. I got mine this afternoon. Tried the online booking service, but no go. Will ring them in the morning, will try to get this done together with some other work I want them to do.

Yes, take to dealer. Booked in for tomorrow, they said a pretty quick software thing. Some chatter on the FB groups vary between done while you wait to a few hours depending on workload I would think.

Recall done last friday, no issues there. They also fitted a redarc brake controller, again no issues, except that they've reinstalled the floor trim from thr drivers footwell to the trim under the drivers seat incorrectly, the overlap is wrong, so back later this week to correct that.
