You :censored: bast#d
I was waiting to do that, I'm sure they'll be fine (maxi's are pretty tuff) & my rears (factory) are pretty shot
(in fact you don't want to know what previous owner did to fix them  anyway they've lasted this long but I want to replace them)
seen as how you got in first I'll let you have them (I wont bid) but you OWE me BIG TIME ;)

A mate of mine found out the axles were welded to the end caps on his defender when he bought it.

uummmmmm :no2: that's exactly what I've got
at least they are welded on the outside and with what looks like the correct electrodes so in theory as long as they are not "pulled" sideways this should be fine (for quite a while anyway)

That ain't me :D :D :D
With ebay, I always set myself a max oprice and sometimes a bit extra if I realy want the item, but I would rather let it go than pay a fortune to be honest.

Unfortuantely between working and trying to finish this damm house (it's only been 3 years living in a shed??) I haven't been out 4wding for 3 years :dbcry: :dbcry: best I get lately is a quick burn around the paddocks to check the fences / sheep :( (at least we've got a creek to cross (no water in it ATM though) and a few big holes to drive trough)
I'm sure I could organise a cold beer though
koo we rup's only maybe 2 hours away (dangenong is 1hr15mins) ?
I work in melb western subs (altona)
PM me I'm sure we can work something out
