Not real smart boys the first rule of saving others is make sure you don't end up in the same boat.

3 Fenders would have saved the day!! :)

wonder if this was the same driver??
Went fishing down ar Glen Aire a while ago and the bloke fixing the bridge well errrr sort of broke it. it ran for 8 hours in the drink. water got into the computer and could not shut it down till it ran out of juice. The doze and excavator used in the recovery shure made a big mess. ever seen a 30mm steel cable brake? the one on the dozer did a few times.

They are digging a tunnel. Isn't that how they started the Sydney tunnel.

They should have taken a leaf out of South Australias book.

If it's to shallow to slip a Dredge (Boat) Over, then we just fill it in with Sand and any other crap that we can find and build a suburb on it.

now thats bogged. reminds me of a time I made the mistake of driving along the eastern beach of Fraser Island. To all who read this take heed of the warnings on Hema Maps re not driving along the E beach. FYI the quote to get you un-bogged (either before you go under the tide or after, doesn't matter) is $2500. I was lucky and had a mate with a huge donk in his cruiser to pull me out. Food for thought chaps.
cheers
