Help identifying brake sizes

I am looking to downgrade my 22inch defender wheels to a set of 19 inch. I am wondering if the brake calipers and discs are the same size for all Defenders, or if they increase the size for the larger rims. If they do in fact change the size then looks like I won't be able to change wheels... Right?

I suspect you need to ask in the L663 Defender area.

This area is for the "old" Defender and County.
