New downloads section

after a couple of years of banging my head against the wall (it appears) i have finally have a working files section with uploads working as they shoulld.

been a mission but it is working for me :p

the arcade games area is back after 10 years away...

you need to add a safe flash emulator like ruffles for firefox to play these old flash games
