Thought I'd post this up here, I have a new toy, a 1974 F250 4wd "Highboy". So called because the transfer case is divorced and sits behind the cab and to make the driveshaft angles work Ford had to give it about a 4 inch lift, achieved with springs in the front and blocks between the springs at the back.
It's very rusty but so far I have it to the point where I can start it and drive it round the yard. The tyres are 16.5x35s which is a size that pretty much doesn't exist anymore :-)
At the moment the original split rims are off getting sandblasted and I have some 33" land cruiser takeoffs to fit to them much to the delight of my tyre fitter[biggrin]
There's the remains of a similar vintage F100 out at the farm to pull the cab from, it should be a fun project.

Youngest offspring is about 5'6" for height reference

Tote
