I've had my GAP Tool for 3 years and use it in instrument mode on trips in my MY16 D4
1 - on the last trip the exhaust gas readings have reversed. Previously Bank 1 sensor 1 was the one that operated normally in the 400s - 500s temp range, with Bank 2 sensor 1 (presumably 2nd turbo) sitting on 125 unless pushing the power up.
This trip they reversed, with Bank 1 sitting on 130 and Bank 2 operating in the 400s -500s range.
Any ideas why/what is happening, and should I be concerned? Perhaps I should ask Patrick at GAPTool?
2 - Can someone tell me where I can locate an amps reading in the instrument mode menus? I haven't managed to find one that displays - I already have a voltage reading from the head of my CIG plug which only differs by 0.1 from the GAPTool.
