hi-lift jack wheel straps to suit Wolf wheels?

Noticed today that the hooks on my wheel lifting strap for my hi-lift jack don't fit through the small circular holes in my Wolfs.

Anyone found a set with slimline hooks? Or would hooking it to a soft shackle threaded through the holes work? Or.. ?

Thanks, they look very similar to mine, did you have to remove the powder coating to get them to fit?

No, but they are a bit chewed from the edges of the holes.
