This de-googled OS claims to extend the life of the phone for a considerable time.
I haven’t tried it as my phone is not android.

Interesting. My phone isn't Android either, and never will be. Goggle is the main reason for that, as the various phones are every bit as good as my iPhone. But iOS support goes back way further than any Android iteration.

Interesting link. I've never heard of Murena brand phones, so I'd probably give them a miss. I'd love to de-google Ye Olde reliable Samsung Galaxy S9 phone, of which I have a few laying around.
My current phone is also de-googled, it's a Google (LOL) Pixel 7 running GrapheneOS. The GrapheneOS takes a bit of getting used to, but it's been great so far. I only wish the phone was as reliable. I'm on my second Google Pixel 7 after the battery in the first one swelled up overnight (wasn't on charge) and cracked the screen from within.
