Same with my Disco above 60 kph (as measured by the GPS)...the Commodore is spot on.

Surprisingly inspite of the speedo reading the odometer is accurate .

what size tyres are you running.....?

apparently the defenders should be running 255 85 R16 to read correctly.....

That's interesting - my County is 7-8% fast, checked at a variety of speeds and using a variety of methods - on standard 7.50x16 tyres. Difference due to tyre wear is pretty small, maybe 1% or a little more. It has not varied over the last fourteen years, and the odometer is out by the same amount.

The legal requirement is, from memory, +10%, -0%, so they seem to have gone for safetyabout in the middle of this range.

Lara is (at 100 indicated) doing a respectable 116km/h.

But then, tyre size is a factor!!!!

Have a Truspeed or 3 sitting here that will fix the issue.

103 on the speedo gives me 100kph on the gps, with 265, 75 R16s, error is less than it was with the original grabbers.

Can vouch for the truespeed unit....very accurate once I fitted 32" to my D2....I was about 10% out over standard.
