I went to use my LLAMs today and the car does not lower or raise. The Knob lights are all there Green Orange Red. The car raises or lowers using the LR toggle switch. There does not seem to be a trouble shooting area on the installation instructions that I have kept. Anyone have ideas of how to do some tests or what could have happened, and how to correct.

Thanks

Check that the plugs are seated correctly would be my first test.

Which solved that problem for me...

If the button switch is pressed while the rotary switch is off then height changes using the rotary switch are disabled and the module LED will be alternating red and green. Press the button switch again to re-enable the rotary switch.

Hi Graeme I presume you are talking about the button that came with the LLAMS circuitry? I have never touched this button. In fact I will have to try and find it. So I assume what you are saying is if it has somehow become diabled, the light on the rotary switch still change colour but do nothing? I just wonder why it worked before and now suddenly not now? Also I doubt its a bad connection. The LLAMS was installed when I bought the car and worked upto 2 months ago whilst on my big trip.

The rotary switch settings can be used with calibration procedures during which height changes must not occur. Pressing the button switch while the rotary switch is in the off position is used to initiate on-vehicle calibration. To exit the calibration process, press the button switch again whilst the rotary switch is off.

Just an update. Thanks to Graeme giving me detailed instructions, the LLAMS is now working. Still not sure why it stopped. But all good now,
