Interesting radio issue D4

I have a 2010 D4. I've put an android head unit into it and it works real well, except. Every now and then, the unit resets itself.
This is the second unit that I've had this problem, so I'm wondering if there is an underlying problem with the car.

The unit is wired into the original stereo wiring.

Any ideas?

What do you mean by reset itself? Do you mean lose all settings and return to default?

I've put one of these in recently https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006456272513.html The unit has been fantastic, it does however reboot every now and then when starting the car but after the bootup it's all there still working as normal.

Yes Rod, that's exactly what it does. A previous, completely different unit did the same thing. I'm thinking it has to be the yellow power wire that is glitching, so may just run a permanent positive to replace it. Anyone know a good fuse position to jump off?
