I'm looking to see who has installed a solar panel to the roof of a disco 4 ( 2011)? Can the charging cable be routed down inside the A pillar capping externally and into the engine bay?

Yes it can , i dont have a solar panel but wiring for my 42" lightbar runs under the A pillar trim and into the engine bay. There is enough room for 2 x 6mm twin core cable under the trim if needed.
