Hi put new battery in now i have a gearbox fault light on does anyone know of this thanks

Use code reader and clear faults and reset bms

Hey mate tried that fault went but came back after about 100 meter of driving gearbox still changes fine

check both the battery terminals are tight, eg they cant be rotated by hand. can you get the actual error code number for us.

I did a quick google as away from pdf manual . They seem clutch related. Didn't know they did a manual. Is that what you have?

P0902 & P0900 are transfer case motor issue. P181F can be ignored as P0902 & P0900 indicate the fault.

Transfer box motor circuit
short circuit to ground
Transfer box motor circuit
high resistance
Transfer box motor failure

Thanks mate ive noticed to the battery is only 85amps hrs supposed to be 90 amps hrs would you think that would have any bearing on this

No, but while changing the battery the connectors at the transfer case ecu could have been disturbed. I would replug connectors on any nearby control units.

Edit: A copy of the workshop manual which includes wiring diagrams can be purchased from the forum shop.
