Hi - took my radiator out as it was leaking slowly - sent it to a recommended "old school" radiator guy - who has checked it out and thinks it cannot be easily patched. He can fit a more modern style core to original tank - but it will cost well avout $1200 and will not be/look quite original. Has anyone found a supplier of cores / radiators here or overseas? really after something that is a good replica. Ideally would save some money as well.. but it is a Series 1 !
Welcome any ideas, thoughts or tips!
cheers
Nobby

Greg has been around a long time . He re-cored my S1 LWB radiator more than 20 years ago. I've used it on some outback trips in 40 degrees temperatures without any problems..W.
