How should I get rid of all my Land-Rover stuff?

Life has changed - in a good way - and the Landie part of it, which hit the 35-year mark last December, is over. But now I need to get rid of everything! And because there's so much of it, and I'm way over here in Broome, I can't think of how to do it. Easily, that is. [smilebigeye]

A '69 Landie which is in no way original; an '83 Rangie which I've done a lot to as it used to be my main car; a 4.6 top-hatted and balanced short motor in bits, which was supposed to go in the Rangie; a 3.9 V8 in bits; about 3 LT95s in bits; enough new parts to build an LT95; tons of books; various coil springs; a big pile of odd Rangie parts; and a lot, lot more.

You get the picture - a lifetime's collection of stuff. Usually this is the sort of thing available after a lifelong Landie fan has died, but so far I'm ahead of the game there, haha.

All I can think of is putting it all on eBay as a job lot, or separately, though the latter would be a lot of work. Which I'm trying to avoid!

Any better ideas?

List bigger/more desirable stuff separately, in the appropriate section. What doesn't sell quickly, list as a job lot (will separate) in 'Everything Else ' if there is no other suitable section.

My feeling also, is that the freight and cost of frieght will be your issue. If you can arrange postage, or pallet/freight you might be able to tap into a far bigger market. Broome however is a long way from anywhere, but thats nothing you wont have already noticed and the price of your parts with freight will have to compete with more local parts.

I've see advertised a few beauties in WA, but even in Perth they are a bit out of reach.
