Faint bells - late L405

My MY21.5 has started making a very faint bell sound every 2 seconds but there aren't any messages or other indications of the cause. The sound persists for a little while after the ignition is switched off.
Any suggestions?

Have you put your question onto the fullfat site, they should have a better idea as to what is happening.

I subsequently did and someone suggested a dashcam, which I have fitted. I'll be checking it shortly.
