Anyone know of a good mob to do this? InMelbourne preferably. I'm a bit thin on details, but my sister has a Saab, probably a 9.3 of some description, that has died. Yeah, but she loves it... She has a mech of sorts who blames the computer. Natch, they are hard to come by.
I dunno what test have been done, and of course my Nanocom ain't going to help. When I have more details I will search for a SH one, but I thought I'd ask. I know such services exist in the US ( Eric, South Main Auto Channel ), but maybe someone here has used one.

Bit of quick goggling found SaabWreck. Seems they do it. Now for the $ouch bit.

My younger brother used to have one, drove the wheels off of it (450.000km). They are basically an opel/vauxhaul vectra. Many parts are interchangeable.

Also, most cars (and if iirc correctly this Saab as well) have more than one computer on board so it is important to determine which is causing trouble.

Cheers,

That's the trouble. I am doing this remotely. Mech is sure it's the ECU, but it sounds a little like the parts cannon to me.
