Transfer case vibration damper bolt issue

Hi guys ...One quick question ..on my 2002 TD5 disco 2 I just noticed my Transfer case vibration damper has come loose and has swung down underneath ... my question is , does it have only the one stud/bolt holding it on enabling it to pivot or are there meant to be more bolts keeping it up ??

Just took my transfer out so it has three nuts on the bracket and one bolt and nut through the dampner.....193144

Those items went to scrap years ago on mine
