Low Power

Hi, On my LR3 I've recently noticed low power before the turbo comes in. In researching it there are loads of possible causes, but I wonder if anyone has gone through this journey already and has any advice on the priority order to check things in?

The vehicle is a 2.7 TDV6, 300Km, and it has had the EGRs done some time ago.
