Gearbox issues

Had the gearbox recond about 4 years ago, and looks like I need to do it again installed a turbo about 6 years ago.Been told the layshaft bearings might be shot. Its been suggested that it might be worth looking at replacing it maybe with a R380? Have had a quick search and looks like it’s not a straight ‘swap’. Any suggestions, or should I stick with the original.

You'll need an LT230 transfer case, new bellhousing and heavy duty clutch kit as well, assuming your vehicle is a Perentie.
