Restricted Performance Issue
2011 L/R Discovery 4 3.0 TDV6 HSE

Any help would be appreciated. Restricted performance first came on 6 months ago whilst towingcaravan. Managed to limp home from Nambucca. Brief summary below.

Found cracked throttle body which wasreplaced. This appears to have been a temporary solution as the nextthing was a Turbo blow.
So body off and both Turbo's replaced.
EGR's removed
Re-map done.
Still got the restricted performance.
Replaced MAP Sensor (have done this nowtwice).
Smoke test carried out could not seeany leaks.
Replaced MAF.
Rocker covers checked.
Have spent several hours consulting andseeing an L/R Mechanic – various checks done even swapped parts offhis wife's car to check.
Spray Water test done and any air leakswhich now appeared were done.
Turbo actuator checked appears ok.
Code reader has been used throughout.

I then started getting reading water infuel. Fuel filter changed and fuel checked – no water.
Car ran ok for a couple of dayssecondary turbo kicked in ok then the dreaded R/P came back on.
Have done a further soapy spray watertest – now getting further code which states “P0108 PendingManifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Sensor Circuit High”.
Car drives relatively OK but is notcapable of towing as turbo wont kick in.

Now at my wits end have been in contactconstantly with L/R Mechanic to try and resolve.
Have explored internet for solutionsand have tried any suggestions found.
I am thinking maybe some sort ofelectrical fault – but unsure where to go with that.
Anyone got any further input I couldtry. Thanks in advance.

What are the latest lot of codes?

What do you know about the secondary turbo inlet isolation valve, the one that is located behind the bottom right of the radiators? MY11 would have had the original version that was prone to having the butterfly shaft gummed-up with dirt on the outside.

Sounds like the parts cannon is fully loaded.

Sorry for not replying sooner. Have had the recirculation shut off valve off and checked it over, tested solenoid and reaction is ok. Vacuum works ok. Still concerned as we keep throwing money at new parts etc. Any more ideas?
