G'day All ,any one watching 60 seconds tonight (it is still on) they have some B/S programme re dinosuars but the persons who are ????? trying to decieve us about something?? anyway they must be good people as they are driving ex-mod Land Rovers, not sure where it is set at but anyway they are using Land Rovers much more macho than jap crap :p cheers Dennis:wasntme:

They must be real scientists if they are using land rovers. :D

I have been watching "A year at kew" (kew is a big **** botanical gardens in the UK) on lifestyle channel on pay on saturday nights at 8:30pm and one of the staff has been in mongolia collecting seeds and he is travelling around in a defender, has been interesting to watch. It was funny when they pull up and stop and then walk in along a track for 30mins in 40 degree heat, this track would have seen a 2WD territory up it no problems, a defender would have done it in high range with two wheels missing. :D

There's a show on ABC on Tuesdays at six pm called Time Team..a bunch of bearded archaeologists (the blokes aren't exactly clean shaven either :p ) who have 3 days to uncover relics...more Land Rovers than you could poke a trowel at.

Land Rover have been sponsoring the Queensland Museum palaeontologists for a while now if thats who the show is about

Yep, I watch the show with the kids, they are dino crazy, I generally use that time to read paper and glance up every now and then, and lo and behold I see this modded Fender, :D
