Trying to work through replacing my 2011 D4 that we loved as our touring car and caravan. Shame that the crank broke.

2nd vote for the Redarc pro unit. There’s an install guide on this forum somewhere which makes the install look factory installed. I’ve had mine for years with literally no issues at all
