So let’s go back to the start. Was it running fine before you changed the spill pipe???

Yep apart from a leaky fuel temp sensir

I think spill pipe means the fuel return/leak off line, thus I'm guessing that that you have got air in the system, as I think the system returns to the swirl pot so turn ignition on and push the pin in the schrader valve on the fuel filter, you might have to do this a few times as the LP pump only runs for a few seconds when the key is turned on, do this until fuel spurts out.

This sensor should not cause non starting, but can cause limp mode if reading incorrectly or intermittently.

Do you have access to a GAP tool? First thing I'd be checking is both cranking RPM (crank sensor) and fuel rail pressure.

200 is low. What fuel pressure? Low/high? What is your version of Ok?

Charge up your battery???

200 rpm does sound low and if you've been trying to start several times, charging the battery is a good idea as DJ suggests. With fuel at the schrader valve, I'm wondering if it is making it through the injectors. Did you disconnect or disturb any wiring, around the spill pipes, particularly the injector harness?
