It’s finally time to replace my old A/C compressor on my 2010 Discovery 4 3.0 TDV6 HSE. Barbagallo in Perth said it’s in its way out, and it does take a long time to start blowing cold air, been living with this for a while now. I’ve got the choice of two compressors, and just interested to hear any opinions on which would be the best option. I was under the impression that the Sanden unit is the OEM but it’s not easy to find that data. The compressor from Barbagallo is $2.5k, so I’m not going to pay that. Any help or advice for others that have tackled this would be appreciated.
