4. SWMBO wont drive the nullabour, she might of if we hadnt done the IP across it and seen what its like..... and even then I think it would be a one off thing.

I will come but will need a lift. Missus has the LR for horse towing duties. :(

I have transport so can meet somewhere, but I don't think the Volvo would get very far once we hit the dirt.

I could be official photographer/videographer. ;)

No, unless you try hard, all challenges will have an easy way out with the exception of may be a couple, but you will have a chance to look before you try

Bummer. My wife flies back in from Melbourne that afternoon.

My negotiation skills were good enough to get SWMBO to agree to find alternative means of transport home (while not being angry at me), but I totally forgot about the possible resitance from the kids. There is no way they will let me drag them around Harvey while their Mum is arriving back home :-( Must think of a good vribe...Hmmmm

At the intersection of Armadale rd and Albany hwy you will find macca's
As for if you will wreck it..probably will hurt it a little..but your a fine landy mechanic so putting it right won't be a hassle:D:D:D

This is martine writing. I wanted to thank you all for the kind thought of taking Robert along. It will be great for him and I wish i could be there too. Now that thanks to Iggy and RichardK, I know there is a possibility of a second seat for me too.

I need to finish up a few things in Dubai before I can join in. I'll keep you posted and will possibly beg for a seat next week, if it is not too late?

Hi Stuart
I spoke to Robert this arvo,he has your ph no and is going to call you.He is staying in Belmont so it should work out for you to collect him on the way thru.
Im hoping BlackBetty isnt going to let me down,Im concerned about the cooling system pressurizing and a coolant smell, hoping its not a head gasket on the way out.
I think I will risk it,unless it gets worse very quickly.
Andrew

Well I hope Blackbetty isnt blowing her top....maybe she is just huffing and puffing having to lug you around:D:D;) I fitted a 2" lift today using King springs and installed my compressor and little air tank:). Looking forward to next weekend:) I got your post about extra stickers Andrew an There shouldn't be any at $11 a shot, but I ordered 2 and the missus won't want one on her Disco so you can have that one;)

Hello Andy,

This is Martine. I will immediately notify Robert to make sure he is aware of the fact that it is sunday not saturday. I was a bit surprised when he mentioned his 'date' but thought that maybe this was turning into a weekend outing for some of you.

I can just imagine him waiting on the doorstep for a whole day. .. or you showing up a day too early. COuld have been fun to see though!
