Ron

It's a reference to a chapter in "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus." It refers to men's need to spend time alone (perhaps better described as "Shed time.")

Sorry to here you have those problems mate. They are the worst kind of problems to have. I liken martial problems to a cut or infection in a tropical rain forest. "If you don't treat it quickly then it just festers, infects and gets worse"

Hope you can work things out.

Best of luck

Is the Cave decked out at least? Plasma surround sound, PS2 etc?

If men are from Mars and women are from Venus, who is from Uranus, or don't I want to know?

Fight fire with fire, twist her words and make it seem like it's her fault, as Yabbie said send her too the cave.

(it's worked for them for years and years)

I know where you're coming from Clarkie. We've been unsuccessful for 12 years. Tried IVF (i"d never go down that path again!) and everything else.

We're in the 25% of cases where there's no known medical reason.

Have you thought about adopting, or is the relationship now past the point of no return?

Mate, situations like this suck. Give it time and it eventually kinda works itself out. I was there just over 12 months ago - I now travel basically from Darwin to Hobart to see my kids when I can.

Oh - and if men are from Mars, and women are from Venus - I want to go to Venus!!! :D

(Guess I'll work out who listens to country music soon)

Cheers

After having 3 kids I have found that you have more Finacial troubles after having them.

Look on the bright side of life Atleast they won't be nagging at you to drive the car!!:D

And the money you save on having kids the better Landy you can afford.

Do what I did.

I took the Mrs to the picture when we started going out the sign said " Adults $11, Children $8."

I said to the girl behind the counter "2 boys and a girl thanks "

Been there... so did I...

Kids eh? Yup!

They're cool, sometimes, but they may not like your choice of ride.....

Mine are currently into bling Hummers....no taste...so Vegas, or Gold Coast...

I want a Family................................

When I got married, kids were the last thing I wanted. In fact, if my wife hadn't wanted them, I'd have been quite happy to have not had them. The best thing about kids is making them.

Now I've got them, I suppose I cherish them - but I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to have any more nor would I foster or adopt any.

Most kids I find a pain in the proverbial and I can't stand 'em. Maybe that's why I don't know the names of my nieces and nephews and never, ever, buy them presents for birthdays or Christmas.

It was a good thing I never became a school teacher.

A mate (now dead) of mine was having problems having kids, so he thought that the more you exercise the more chance you have of succeding. So he did his excercises every morning AND night. It worked for him, but he did say that after doing excercises twice a day for over a year, the novelty wears off.
