Hi all, went on an excursion with Yr 10 Science yesterday to the movies and laser tag, yes i know its tuff being a science teacher, it was educational, we are studying light and sound.
Anyway we had a ball at laser tag, there was a bit of light getting in as it was during the day and it is in a shed as opposed to a building in an industrial estate in Bathurst. I was wondering if on a BBQ at a later date we could mabe pile into a couple of cars so some people can drink we might go to a couple of pubs in Bathurst and stop by laser zone for a few games. Its like paint ball just no paint or bruises. Is heaps of fun and we can book ahead for a group booking. If we get a good turnout for the BBQ at Bryces in December we might be able to get a posse and head over to bathurst for a couple of hours, wouldnt cut into the days 4wding and we cant have camp fires because of the high bush fire risk.
Just a thought. Matt

Only if I can use a paintball gun, a Gatling gun version
Oh and bring a few of your students (the landy bagging ones)
Faily that there's a good pub up the road from Scouses

Ace you have my greatest respect dealing with a bunch of schoolkid punks on a daily basis (I'd need a bottle of vodka every night just to help me forget about them)
I think I'd prefer to empty grease pits or public convieniences at busy truckstops for a living
I don't know how you do it.

Hi guys, its not the kids that bother me mate, i get on really well with most of them cause unlike alot of other teachers i take the time to get to know them. Its some of the other staff that i dont know how i put up with.
Sounds like a goer then. We might organise it for the Xmas BBQ weekend at Roverones for anyone who is coming.
Yes scouse the knickerbocker is still there. If we take a couple of cars then we only need to get a couple of volunteers for designated drivers, i will put my hand up. Matt

Its top fun, i had a great time yesterday, and it was daylight outside so wasnt that dark, if we went to the pub for a while before hand and grabbed a counter meal we can arrange to book the maze out for an hour or so and have a few short games or a long one. Having a group of us makes it cheaper to. Matt
