Fith gear developed a chirp this morning and we meandered home in forth.
Tha big QUESTION??? whats a total recon worth compared to a new one.
Can I just rip a cash machine out of the wall or will it require a couple of armed hold ups to pay for this repair ?????.:angry2:

Go with the hold ups. That way it will be cheaper and you can spend the rest on toys and running from the law:D

What sort of 'chirp'?

They are easy to repair 5th gear in the R380, in the vehicle. I just replaced 5th (in another 130 ) that had lost a third of its teeth( The only one I've seen do this) and it was as easy as removing the transfer case, the output husing and there is 5th gear and it's support bearings. In the LT77, this is not possible. It's worth having a look.
