300tdi/R380 in SIII 88inch?

Is it possible to fit a 300tdi/R380 into a shorty? I presume a number of custom engine/gearbox mounts would be needed .. ?

Anybody heard of such a conversion .. or am I better off cutting the chassis on the 110 down to a 90?

My obsession with short landies ... it's becoming a problem ... ;)

Easy to do. The 300 TDi and box will fit into a s3 . All you have to do is make new chassis engine and gear box mounts. Sort out the tunnel (needs a bit of adjustment). The rear prop would be fine but may need to make one . But the front one will fit the same.
