Garage between Sydney and Tamworth

we are 'overlanding' through Oz and we need (just for a service) a good helpfull address between Sydney and Tamworth. Any ideas??

Tamworth to Sydney is only 6hrs and approx 600km's drive. Surely the car could last till Sydney?

Modern motors at Dungog is slightly out of the way, but between Sydney and Tamworth. Damm good though.

Silly me! Forgetting Modern Motors (from where I bought my P38A). They are an ex-LR dealer (lost their dealership a few months back in LR's quest for rationalisation and loss of market). :(

Of course, there is Alto Land Rover in Newcastle if one is desperate.

Teasdales, on George St, Singleton (02) 65721655 are another, between Tamworth and Sydney. Singleton is on the New England Hwy, in Hunter Valley.
